Performed by different doctors, I have had 2 previous breast augmentations. This being my third has been the best, fastest and most painless healing process I’ve experienced. For the first time the drainage tubes were placed inside both breast which greatly reduced the amount of swelling with absolutely no bruising & no blood pooling (hematoma) which I suffered in the 2 previous surgeries. I strongly recommend Dr. Gutierrez Romero for introducing and recommending it in helping complete my surgery.

As I mentioned to you before, I had previously had an abdominoplasty and liposuction in the Dominican Republic, and I left there feeling scared and not too happy with my results.
You made me feel very comfortable from the first time we spoke over the phone to the first time we met in person. I’m totally satisfied and very pleased with my cosmetic surgery performed by Doctor Romero Gutierrez. From the moment we met during the initial consultation, I knew that he was the right doctor. I first noticed his professional deamenor when he suggested a different procedure other than what I first thought I needed, which was a jaw implant. I was seeking more definition in my face and thought a jaw implant and eyelid surgery would be sufficient. Upon his recommendation, I did not get the jaw implant. Doctor Gutierrez instead recommended the fat deposits from my face, lifted my cheeck bones and fine tuned my face. Now my face is better than what I could have ever imagined, and I also look much younger, at least by ten years. I am SO HAPPY!

My experiencie with Dr. Romero and all of his medical staff has been better than any other medical treatment that i have received. He, as well as his staff, was always available to me via phone as well in the office. Dr Romero was never too busy to speak with me. His bedside manner is exceptional.
His office is modern and staff well trained. Dr. Romero was patient, kind, and pleasure to speak with. It is now 7 day past my surgical procedures. I fell great. I came down here to Tijuana Mexico to have surgery performed by Dr. Manuel Gutierrez Romero. I had consulted six U. S. doctors on the procedure before I met Dr. Gutierrez Romero and found him the best in several aspects. He was very understanding about what I wanted and proposed options less invasive and less drastic than those offered by the other physicians that I had consulted. They achieved the same results and also cost me less. I had Liposuction and a Tummy Tuck done and recently a mini face-lift and a laser peal under the skilled and artistic hands of Dr. Gutierrez Romero. I couldn’t be happiest with the results.
My care both before and after the surgery was excellent. Impressed with the results my husband too had a Face Lift also with excellent results. My friends, family and co-workers still can’t get over how really good I look, I plan to come back to Dr. Gutierrez in the future.

In the beginning I was a little apprehensive about having surgery done, but after speaking to the facilitators and doing some research I felt more comfortable with the entire situation. Dr Romero and his staff were wonderful, I stayed one night in the hospital, where again, the nursing staff were nothing but professional. The day of the surgery, when I woke I experienced a little pain but after medication, didn’t really have any pain again. The following day I was escorted back to the Airport in San Diego and flew to San Francisco. My procedure was brow, face and neck lift which to this day, I love. The cost was less than half of the quotes I’d had from doctor’s here in this area. I recommended Dr Romero to many of my friends.
